Saint Ephraim lived as a monk at the Monastery of the Annunciation on Mount Amomon in Nea Makri, Attica. His relics were miraculously discovered in 1950 following divine revelations, and since then, he has become widely known for his miraculous interventions—especially in cases of illness, danger, and despair.
